Digital Data Systems are the proud designers and manufactures of CAL2k Bomb Calorimeter Systems and Perfect Power Automotive Systems.

Digital Data Systems (Pty) Ltd (dds) was established in 1972 by Klaus Ludwig.

The original aim of establishing the company was to solve industrial and scientific problems using digital techniques.

Originally dds specialised in sophisticated, data capturing equipment and scientific instruments. It has since expanded its activities to include: automotive performance products.

In designing, manufacturing and supplying products, dds's company policy is to provide the customer with what he wants, when he wants it and for the best possible price. To achieve its policies, the company ensures that only trained and experienced staff are employed.

The scientific department has teamed up with certain distributors who concentrate in the mining sector and other sectors who utilise scientific equipment in laboratories such as the CAL2K Bomb Calorimeter Systems.

Digital Data Systems owns its own 4 x 4 Dyno Facilty that is used for testing, research and development, as well as local installations for the Perfect Power Automotive Performance products.

dds products are exported worldwide and dds enjoys long-term business relationships with our dealers and we strive to provide the best products and service in a professional manner.

Owns our own building which is made up of a factory (1000 Sqm) and offices (500 Sqm).  The factory includes a storeroom, production section and test room. 

The main office is situated in the hub of an industrial area within Randburg,   Close to the major highways and a mere 35 kilometres from Johannesburg's CBD.

dds is represented in South Africa as well as surrounding African counntries, Europe, Far East, Middle East, South and North America, Australia etc.

A "horizontal" management style has been adopted and there is a strong "family" ambience - both literally and figuratively!
